• Ejecutar la operación de perforación direccional en el pozo, asegurando que la ruta de dirección sea la deseada y de esta forma cumplir con los objetivos de perforación de forma segura y económica. 
• Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas reglamentarias y de la empresa mediante autoevaluaciones y las inspecciones en el sitio del pozo.
• Liderar reuniones de calidad de servicio con los clientes y mejorar el rendimiento mediante planes de acción.
• Participar en iniciativas de HSE y Calidad.
• Usar EPP y observe las políticas de HSE.
• Mantener el entrenamiento de seguridad requerido.
• Brindar respaldo al líder de entrega de trabajos.

• Mínimo de 5 a 8 años de experiencia en operaciones de perforación direccional, en corridas con motor de fondo y sistemas rotatorios en zona marina, demostrables con boletas de campo o nombramientos en contrato.
• Experiencia en pozos tipo J, tipo S y horizontales.
• Experiencia en pozos HTHP
• Experiencia en uso de software de corridas de hidráulica y de torque y arrastre.
