Oversee manufacturing activities and provide support to Operation supervisors in ensuring Manufacturing process are performed safely and according to established process and criteria.


  • Liaise with employees from different functions to ensure flow of Production
  • Assists and Support Technicians and Operation Leaders in executing Production schedule
  • Monitor, guide and provide training supports to workshop personnel
  • Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources, and maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures
  • Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions
  • Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford
  • Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level
  • Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job



- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical engineering or Similar technical degree

- Minimum 3 years’ experience as Charge hand role from a Manufacturing Industry


Skills and Knowledge:

  • Leadership skills with the ability to optimize team performance and development
  • Proven analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organization and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work as part of cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of MRP/ERP – preferably JDE
  • Good communication skills (oral and written). Ability to effectively interface and collaborate with internal and external customers to insure positive results.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Lean and Six Sigma Knowledge
  • QHSE/API Management systems Knowledge
