  • Monitor and control and input and output VAT, Withholding taxes, Stamp duties etc.
  • Prepare and file Corporate Income Tax return (PND50, 51), BOI report
  • Review Corporate Income Tax and Commercial Tax for countries under Greater Thailand
  • Identify and monitor taxes related to core business operations (e.g. intercompany transactions, foreign payment transactions)
  • Review share service monthly/quarterly/yearly tax reconciliation provided by BPO
  • Verify and review accounting transactions receivables/payables, fixed asset documents and data record to ensure accuracy and completeness, supported by BPO
  • Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close, including review journal entries and account reconciliations
  • Prepare statutory financial statements
  • Liaise with external auditors and tax team for compliance purpose
  • Proactively coordinate with Thai Revenue Department on Tax audit matters (CIT, VAT, PIT)
  • Assist management team on any tax related matters
  • Ad-hoc reports as assigned


  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting
  • At least 5 years of experience working in an accounting 
  • CPA is preferable (but not mandatory)
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Able to work under min supervision
  • Good teamwork and ability to work under tight deadline and pressure
  • Strong managerial, problem solving and communication skills
  • Ability to interpret accounting standards - IFRS/ TFRS/ US GAAP
