  • Own the Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery pipelines including execution, updates, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate closely with scrum teams to create and deploy new CI/CD pipelines for new projects.
  • Research Dev Ops best practices, tools, and technologies and make recommendations on improving existing processes and pipelines.
  • Participate in prototypes, proof of concept, and demonstrations of new tools and processes with other engineers within the research and development organization.
  • Create, update, and maintain build, installation, and deployment processes for Web, Windows, Linux, and/or Mobile applications.
  • Work as a Dev Ops team leader with ability to delegate and manage activities of other Dev Ops team members.
  • Configure, deploy, and maintain software configuration and change management tools/applications.
  • Application and build server infrastructure selection, configuration, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
  • Manage artifact repositories and perform critical server backups.
  • Assist in defining, documenting, and training of Dev Ops tools and processes.
  • Encourage and support building of automated processes wherever possible.
  • Understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies.
  • Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.


  • Experience with various CI/CD pipeline tools and applications such as TeamCity and/or Jenkins
  • Experience working with Perforce or equivalent version control systems
  • Experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines for Windows and/or Linux based applications
  • Experience with Virtual Machines and Containerization (Dockers/Kubernetes)
  • Experience with configuration and deployment of Windows based servers and operating system
  • Experience working in Agile development environment with good knowledge of Agile development processes
  • Experience creating process related documentation
  • Strong diagnostic skills to analyze, track, trouble-shoot, and solve complex problems and design appropriate solutions
  • Ability to prioritize and perform work independently
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to foster teamwork
