Fabricación y reparación de herramientas de perforación.


  • Fabricar y modificar herramientas y equipos.
  • Operar maquinaria para trabajar metales, como tornos, fresadoras, moldeadoras o amoladoras para mecanizar piezas según las especificaciones.
  • Calcular y configurar controles para regular el mecanizado, o ingresar comandos para recuperar, ingresar o editar medios de control de máquinas computarizados.
  • Medir, examinar y probar las unidades completas para detectar defectos y garantizar el cumplimiento de las especificaciones.
  • Limpiar, lubricar y mantener máquinas, herramientas y equipos para eliminar grasa, óxido, manchas y materias extrañas.
  • Recortar y reparar conexiones API.
  • Fabricación de herramientas necesarias.
  • Brindar liderazgo y capacitación a los maquinistas de menor rango.
  • Conocer y comprender la Política de calidad de Weatherford y cumplir con todos los requisitos del Manual de sistemas de calidad, los Procedimientos técnicos y operativos y las Instrucciones para el lugar de trabajo.
  • Comprender y cumplir con todas las reglas de seguridad y las políticas de la empresa de Weatherford. 



  • +5 años de experiencia como maquinista general
  • Experiencia en uso de tornos CNC, prensa de taladros rotativos y diversas herramientas manuales como amoladoras, desbarbadoras, etc.
  • Leer herramientas básicas de medición
  • Habilidad para leer y comprender planos.
  • Habilidad para conducir / operar cargadores y montacargas.
  • Secundario Técnico completo
  • Licencia de conducir habilitada
  • Ingles intermedio.
